Wealth in America: Whites-minorities gap is now a chasm

- this is very disturbing. Blacks are the last to be hired and the lowest paid in greater than the majority of all hires. I have seen it from the "inside" and at times can not believe what goes on. I have seen qualified blacks overlooked for promotion and simply, not hired.
What do I do if my nest egg gets fried?
